Here Am I Ministries

Then I heard the voice of the LORD saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"

Time until our next trip

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

Guatemala

Rescuing Orphans

We have partnered up with a ministry, "What Matters Ministry and Mission" in rescuing orphans and turning them into royalty. We have been leading teams down since 2001 to donate our time and skills at their orphanage Casa Angelina. And the surrounding villages. These children are rescued from sex trafficking ,neglect, and other horrific abuse. This is an amazing ministry that show the resurrection and restoring power of Jesus Christ. We are blessed to be able to help care for these children. Please consider sponsoring this work. We invite you and your family to join us on a trip! Please pray for these children and our trips. Prayer is the fuel behind the fire of the Holy Spirit at work in us.

Puerto Rico

Sharing Hope

God is really amazing. The way He orchestrates and puts things together is so cool. Puerto Rico has really been on our hearts since even before the hurricanes. When the hurricanes hit we looked for ways to physically help them but nothing we found was given a green light by God, so we like many others, probably even you, we gave financial support to aid them. Recently we were contacted by a friend who has been working with an organization that was formed by Christian doctors and pilots that have been doing medical work and rescues since the hurricanes. They have found a huge need for education for the children since the schools have not reopened since the hurricanes. To make a really miraculous long story short we will be on the ground in Puerto Rico to help set up a co op center with computers and to train the parents so they can home educate their children under an umbrella school in Florida. Here Am I directors have over 15 years experience in home education. This way when the schools open back up they will not be behind. As of now the children are a year behind. We need your help. Please consider giving to this project as we love each village at a time. Honestly we can't do it without your support. And we defiantly can't do it without you prayers! Things needed: Back packs full of school supplies laptops/pads funds for generators and supplies

Honduras

Operation Christmas Blessing

Recently one of our team members , who is a native Honduran, was visiting an island off the coast of Honduras. They spent time with the village children there. They found these children to be very poor and with out the experiences of celebrating Christmas and birthdays. We will be taking Jesus to them during the Christmas season and providing the village children a back pack full of gifts while also sharing the eternal gift of Jesus with them. How it exciting it will be to celebrate Jesus birthday season with these children. If you have never seen it, it can be hard to imagine places that have never heard the name of Jesus, but they exist. Only for now however, but it is Gods desire that every ear hears and has the choice to choose life. We believe these gifts will make a way for us to share with these precious children. Please if you can, sponsor a backpack and/or a Christmas meal for these children.

Guatemala 2017

Some thoughts from members of our last team

Paul

I was blessed with the opportunity to minister with John Lacey and Luanna Lacey in Guatemala. They are excellent leaders and if your looking for a missions trip to go on this year I would strongly recommend going to Casa Angelina with them . They have a strong family dynamics that make everyone feel involved and like family and get to experience the Guatemalan culture

I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve wanted to go on a missions trip since I was saved in 2009. So I prayed about it and once I went to the first meeting I had total peace about going. The people I went with already all knew each other very well so I was afraid of feeling like an outsider but I felt like one of the family instantly. It was great! As for Casa Angelina, just hearing some of the kids stories it just broke my heart, but now knowing in my heart that these children are able to grow up and become something in life is absolutely amazing! I was so blessed to be able to go on that missions trip.
